Its all about the spices and the texture of the great northern beans that gives these sausages such a satisfying flavor without the animal cruelty! These sausages work great in pasta, soups, or just on their own with vegan mushroom gravy. This recipe is inspired by Isa Chandra's recipe from Post Punk Kitchen. I modified it and made it a bit more spicy and packed full of flavor, but her recipe introduced me to the methods of preparation for vegan sausages. Its up to you. You can reuse aluminum foil too if you want to conserve resources.
