Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, whole wheat toast with butter and jam, hot tea with no sugar, and a banana. Lunch: 2 pieces of baked tilapia and 1 whole baked sweet potato topped with grounded cinnamon. Dinner: Oxtails over a Salad with light dressing.
