Lindsey Stirling, née le 21 septembre 1986 à Santa Ana dans le comté d’Orange en Californie, est une violoniste, artiste performeuse et compositrice américaine. Elle a participé à plusieurs compétitions américaines et est reconnue pour la polyvalence de sa musique. Elle a notamment joué avec des artistes tels que Sean Kingston, Donny Osmond, Allan Jackson, Peter Hollens, Shaun Barrowes, The Piano Guys, Pentatonix, John Legend ou Benton Paul. En 2010, elle participe comme finaliste à la cinquième saison de America's Got Talent, où elle s'est présentée comme une « violoniste hip-hop » et est encouragée par Sharon Osbourne et Piers Morgan, qui la décrivent comme « électrisante ».
