I made a video of the process of replacing my older platinum tipped spark plugs with new NGK Iridium IX spark plugs. It took less than 10 minutes total and would have been less if I wasn't doing the video. The iridium spark plugs cost about $7 each, but they are supposed to be good. In general I prefer NGK parts for my Honda. I have noticed a definite increase in gas mileage since I installed these plugs. Not huge, but probably a couple miles per gallon.
