AMAZING!!! Feel your body's magnetic energy in your hands!!! First you'll need to know what magnetic repulsion feels like. Take two magnets and try putting two north or two south poles together. That is what you'll feel in your hands but very minute. It may help to close your eyes when starting out to focus your mind on your sense of touch. Put your hands together about a quarter of an inch apart to begin. Start moving your hands slowly in a slow circular motion. Move your hands any ways you feel like, finger tips to palm then switch hands. Then move your hands away from each other so the your palms aren't facing each other at all. These are ways to notice the feeling, if you just sit with your hands together motionless, you might not notice the feeling. Once you are aware of the feeling, try moving your hands further apart and see how far apart you can get your hands while still feeling it.
