This was first recorded in 1934 and has been performed by over over150 artists since then. John and Yoko, Happy Xmas War is Over. A fitting tribute to a superb musician. Released in 1971 as a simple and then to protest against the Vietnam War. This song was re-released in the UK on 20 December 1980, shortly after John was murdered on December 8th.
