Many graduates finish uni with debts of tens of thousands of pounds, but a few have found a way of paying bills by signing up for what the Americans call "mutually beneficial, transactional dating". Put simply, it's where attractive young women agree to be wined and dined by wealthy, older men in exchange for cash. Wined and dined etc etc. Participants hook up online - and one leading Sugar Daddy website says students now make up the largest percentage of their new recruits in the UK.
