Kate Middleton, 36, and Prince William, 35, are soon to have their third baby, the latest addition to the Royal Family. However, there have been some rumours that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are already planning a fourth baby. Locals from Kate Middleton’s hometown Bucklebury have been speculating about whether Kate will have a fourth - and their close relationship with the Middleton’s could make them informed experts. One told People magazine: "I reckon Kate will try to emulate the Queen and have four! “Carole’s a very close grandmother, so she and Michael will be beaming from ear to ear." As future Queen, perhaps Kate has a large brood in mind. The Queen, 91, has four children, Prince Charles, 68, Princess Anne, 67, Prince Andrew, 58, and Prince Edward, 48. However, not everyone is convinced that Wills and Kate have aspirations to emulate Her Majesty. Another said: "I can’t imagine Kate will want any more given the ordeal that she goes through every pregnancy. I should think that three children is enough." Kate suffers from hyperemesis gravidarum, which is severe vomiting in pregnancy. The NHS said of the illness: “Some pregnant women experience excessive nausea and vomiting. They might be sick many times a day and be unable to keep food or drink down, which can have a negative effect on their daily life. “This excessive nausea and vomiting is known as hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), and often needs hospital treatment.” According to the Irish Independent Kate has told close friends that she would like “at least” three children. What is more, royal source told In Touch: “Charlotte has such a gentle and easy temperament; both (William) and Kate have wanted another daughter like her. “Plus, William loves the idea of him and George being outnumbered by women in the family!” Kate Middleton recently revealed that George and Charlotte like to do one particular activity with their mother. She was joined by her husband Prince William, 35, at the Commonwealth Big Lunch on Thursday to help volunteers prepare pizza. As they made the food, she admitted: “I’ve done that with George and Charlotte - making pizza dough.” She went on to say that they loved being able to “get their hands messy”.
