Hey Everybody! Today we are starting the Cabbage Soup Diet. For me it’s a chance to get back on track, with better eating habits. I’m sure that you’ve heard of this diet over the years and I have done it before with much success, so I’m giving it another try. For those who don’t know me yet... I am a Kinesiologist (trainer with a 4 year university degree) that gave birth to beautiful princess Sofia almost four months ago. I was her surrogate mom. This was my 4th pregnancy and I am 43 years old. It’s time to get back on track and lose those baby pounds. Are you ready? Here is the link to Catherine Soup Website, it’s super well done, plus it’s free! http://www.cabbage-soup-diet.com/ Here is here cute little soup video https://youtu.be/HiZZ8y2wet8 • 6 large green onions (also called “spring” onions) • 2 green peppers (I used coloured) • 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole) • 3 carrots • 1 container (10 oz. or so) mushrooms • 1 bunch of celery • 1 small head of cabbage • 1 package spice only soup mix (optional, I used organic vegetable broth) • 1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional, see above) • 10-12 cups of water (I added an extra can of organic stewed tomatoes) • Season to taste with pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc. (Little to NO SALT!) I included my measurements so that you’d get a real feel of what happens in 7 days. You’ll have to look up my 7 day cabbage soup diet vlog in a week or so.
