Enjoy a SUP yoga class on picturesque Equinox Pond in Manchester, Vermont. Mike MacDonald, RYT 200, ACA Level 2 SUP, Paddle Fit Level 2, will introduce you to SUP offering paddle and safety instruction. Once gathered in the middle of the pond, you will cast an anchor and enjoy and hour-long yoga class. Asana poses will be gently introduced with modifications tailored to the students’ experience level and comfort zone. Practicing yoga on a SUP board encourages focus and being fully present in the moment. Doing yoga on a floating platform requires full awareness, acceptance of Mother Nature's mood, and some humility for the occasional dip into the water! Your appreciation for nature will blossom as your mind, body and soul absorb the benefits that come from practicing yoga on calm water under the grandeur of Mount Equinox. Must be 13 or older to participate. Space is limited to 8 participants. Be sure to enroll in advance.
