Steve Earle pays tribute to Allen Toussaint, who passed away 10 November 2015, and is joined by Ben Jaffe and Mark Braud of Preservation Hall Jazz Band for "This City," song "written" by Steve's character Harley Watt, which ended Season One of Treme, and also Earle's 14th studio album I'll Never Get Out of This World Alive.
