Hey everyone welcome back to my channel :) I have taken the yoga challenge to the next level by doing a stand up paddle board yoga challenge. I know some of these shapes aren't strictly yoga but they are the positions I found when I searched 'SUP yoga'. So I guess this is more of a yoga/gymnastics challenge haha yay! I was more successful than I expected but I definitely still struggled, if I was an artistic gymnast I think I would have done better ;) I hope you enjoy!!
