Magazine.Peter's ex-wife Katie, 39, is famously open about her love for plastic surgery, having undergone numerous boob jobs, as well as liposuction, a nose job and a facelift.Emily said: 'I don't think people really think about the risk and complications of having surgery – they just think of the end result.'Having breast implants is a major operation and there are also risks with going under general anaesthetic.'Unwanted effects of general anaesthetic include things such as nausea and vomiting, allergic reactions, and in very rare cases people have died.'Nothing is risk free, so you really have to weigh up the pros and cons.' The Peter and Emily love story goes back to July 2012 when the couple first started dating in July 2012.Three years later, the lovebirds exchanged vows in a romantic ceremony at Mamhead House, in Exeter in July 2015.Peter and Katie were married in 2005 but after just four years of marriage the couple went their separate ways in 2009.
