Subscribe: https://goo.gl/iFxcr5 https://www.instagram.com/suellasmr https://twitter.com/suellASMR Facebook: https://goo.gl/tkYGAf Business inquiries email: [email protected] Recipe: 1 hot dog (cut into two halves) two Mozzarella cheese prisms (5" long x 1" x 1") 1 cup Flour (plus 1/2 cup for dusting & rolling) 1 Egg (I skipped this because I had none) 1/3 cup Milk (or enough to wet the dough) 1.5 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon Baking powder 1/8 tsp Salt ================== Directions 1. Mix all the dough ingredients and mix until you have a rough dough. Work the dough on a powdered surface until it forms a nice ball and divide it with 2 ball pieces 2. Using takeout chopsticks, pierce one hotdog and one mozzarella prism through the chopstick. Wrap the dough around the cheese and hot dog skewer. 3. Get your oil hot on medium-high. Fry the corn dog at medium heat for around 7 minutes, keep rolling it around until it is all golden brown 4. Dust powdered sugar, Sriracha, yellow mustard, or ketchup on top of fried corn dog.
