A new mermaid adventure is revealed! Amazing underwater shots!! Fun Fact: Far a few days of our Christmas vacation we went to Palm Springs, California. There was a really big heated swimming pool at the resort we stayed at. We were able to shoot a lot of great underwater scenes there. Also, the resort had a rock tunnel that we used as a movie set. On the last day in Palm Springs we went to the Living Desert. The Living Desert is type of zoo. There we got some close up shots of BIg Horn Sheep, Cheetahs, Jaguars, Coyotes and snakes. Unfortunately we did not get close ups of the Giraffe. We missed the feeding of the Giraffes but saw them from a distance. We will be using the animal shots in the upcoming episodes too. What color Fin Fun Tail would you like to get? We have a few of them and love them all! You cant go wrong. We have put the tail tip protectors on all of our tails too. The tip protectors work really well. Its a bummer If your original tail fabric gets a hole in it. Our firs tails did get small holes in them. We mended the hole with a patch and thread from the inside, but they were still vulnerable to getting another hole. The tip protector solved that problem. They kinda take away a little of the prettiness, but are totally worth it if you plan on using your tail a lot. Both Apex and Radia use swim with the Mono Fin Pro. Radia says, " I get more power from it and I like how it looks." We often get asked how we began Mermaid Secrets of The Deep. In the summer of 2015 Aria saw a girl swimming with a Fin Fun Tail. Aria asked her dad if she could get one. Dad told her that she could get a tail IF she bought it with her own money. Aria was determined to get a Blue Fin Fun Tail. She set out to earn the money. Aria sold lemon aide, cookies and sold art work. She saved up enough money to buy the Blue tail, mono fin and the blue bikini. All together it cost around $150 at that time. Shortly after getting the tail Aria suggested we make a video about her being a Mermaid. Without to much planning Aria and her brother Drake went to the beach to film this show. After a few weeks we noticed it was getting a lot more views that any of the previous shows we had made. So naturally we made a second episode. Drake decided to buy a tail too. He bought the black tail. We were approached by our friend, Jayden, asking if he could be in an episode. Jayden bought himself a tail. He plays the Mermaid named Aquarius. Aquarius is firs seen in episode #3. Soon several other friends were asking to be in the show. Now here we are having made five seasons. Each season have eight episodes. That makes 40 episodes! Now we are about to shoot season six! Also our episodes have generally gotten a little longer too. The first bunch were about thee minutes. The later half are around 5 minutes. One episode is almost seven minutes.
