The official beginning to our YouTube series! We are so excited to finally showcase our new gym and give you some information on the upcoming Summer challenge, Bite Meals, and our plans for the months to come. The current goal is to aim for two videos a week -Wednesday and Sunday evenings is the plan- including vlogs, training videos, and various unique day-to-day activities. Although our schedules have been chaotic with getting the gym ready, working with clients during the challenge season, and bringing Bite Meals together, we are so appreciative of all the support!
