This is a review of the Hyper X Cloud 1 Vs the Hyper X Cloud 2 In the end there pretty much was no difference in the headphones them selves between the 1 and 2, actually if anything the 2 might have lost just a tiny, tiny, tiny amount of quality. Personally I feel after listening to recordings the Hyper X Cloud 2 has a better sounding Mic, but just barely. The 7.1 is really good! It does take away from the headphones ever so slightly, BUT, it's not in a bad way. It gives the feel of a little more room to your sound but doesn't make things sound terrible. As an example it made my Minecraft Live Stream so much more fun to hear the explosions wrap around me in my environment as i moved around, very well done! All in all they are both AMAZING headphones with a good mic. They are a serious bang for your buck for only $100 Keep up the great work Kingston!
