In this easy slow cooker recipe, I cook some pork chops and mushrooms. The ingredients I used in this crock pot recipe are 4 pork chops, about a pound of mushrooms, a 22.6 oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1/2 can of water, and 1 tablespoon of onion powder. The cooking time is 4-5 hours on high or 8-9 hours on low.
