At Hotel Riu Palace St. Martin , each morning at 9 am in the lobby, you can choose a restaurant to go to that evening. Hint - take the later seating as you are still sitting at the beach at 5 pm! The buffet is superb and is at times beachfront as well. I love mussels, and they were superb here! Both white and red wines were enjoyable. Plan your wedding here, or you holiday!
