A Georgia restaurant owner and her teenage daughter say they were brutally attacked Thursday by a couple who complained that they were served cold chicken, according to local news reports. Jeanette Norris says that a couple who purchased two meals from her Qwik Chick takeout stand on Thursday complained that their chicken was cold and that they did not receive enough fries. Norris said after some back-and-forth, she refunded the meal, but the couple were still irate. "She went berserk," Norris told WTOC-TV. "They both lost it, him and her both started cussing and beating on the window." Security video shows Norris confront the couple outside of her Baxley, Ga., restaurant and the female customer begin beating her. In the video, Norris' 15-year-old daughter tries to intervene, but the male suspect punches her in the face, knocking her off her feet.
