After getting new info team chem has a part to play in base chem. meaning players base stats (the stats ingame you see on futhead/futwiz) can be reached at 4chem and 100 team chem. I don't think I explained the last part correctly. So can anyone explain why a D1 Mata, with a basic chem style and on 10 chem with 85 dribbling does not get a chem boost. When a 6 chem, basic style, bolasie reaches his ingame stat in dribbling at 6 chem? This indicates 5 chem or below = a deduction on stats and anything with higher chem will have the same stats (6 chem is the same as 10 chem).
