This was my dad favorite and now it's also one of my favorite too. This is a very easy and delicious recipe. Everybody loves it when I make it. Below is the recipe. Ingredients: 2 pound pork spare ribs. (can get this at any Asian market) 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1 teaspoon minced garlic 3 teaspoon oyster sauce 3 teaspoon of sugar 1 slice of lime 4 green onion cut to one inch long Brown the pork spare ribs and put it the aside. Leave only 1 table spoon of oil in the pan and add the minced garlic and ginger. Stir fry until golden brown. Add back the spare ribs and now add the sugar and oyster sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Stir well. And cover the pan and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the water evaporate. After 15 minutes, remove the lid and add the green onion and cook until it wilted a little bit. Now it's done. Enjoy. This dish is best accompany with steam rice and a light soup. Check out the recipe for the soup below. Also, there's a recipe that also easy using shrimp and very similar.
