And the best way to do this is by eating LOTS OF VEGGIES! The more veggies you eat, the better. They will provide a lot of eating satisfaction for very few calories. You can pretty much eat as much green vegetables as you like with no worries of storing them as excess bodyfat. The only thing you have to watch out for is what you put on those veggies in the way of salad dressing, oil, or sauces. Right here in the video you're going to get a very quick and simple bodybuilding meal that will fit perfectly with a high protein and low carb fat loss diet plan. It's simply lean ground chicken breast pan fried with a tablespoonful of coconut oil (or any oil of your choice). Then when the chicken is almost cooked, add in some mixed frozen veggies. The ones I'm using in the video is an "Asian Stir-Fry Vegetable Mix". Cover the pan for a few minutes and let the veggies steam with the chicken. When the veggies are soft stir-fry the chicken and veggies until fully cooked. You may need to drain off the excess water that's in the pan so the stir-fry doesn't become "mushy". To add flavor you can mix in some spices, seasonings, or low carb sauces like soy sauce according to your individual taste. As for the calories and nutritional info. 1 cup of mixed veggies has: - 45 calories - 0 grams of fat - 8 grams of carbohydrate - 1 grams of protein 4 ounces of chicken breast (raw) has: - 124 calories - 2 grams of fat - 0 grams of carbohydrate - 26 grams of protein From this you can calculate out the exact calories and macro nutrients based on your portion sizes. It's a simple meal idea and you can swap the chicken for any type of meat you like (i.e. beef, turkey, pork, bison, lamb, wild game, etc.).
