We met up with the little boy who was drunk at the same skatepark almost three years ago. We were filming edit clips in January 2013 when a young boy came to the skate park with alcoholic beverages and was drinking them. His caregivers had given him a box of Cody's which are a strong 7% alcoholic drink. They later faced major fines in court for giving possession of alcohol to a minor Baeley was removed from his mothers care for 3 months after the incident occurred. He later returned to his mothers care and is living much better currently.
