Using a blender, combine almond milk, banana, dates, oats, tahini paste, cinnamon, vanilla extract and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, serve immediately. Serves 1 Tahini Dressing Ingredients 1lb asparagus, trimmed and steamed ¼ cup tahini paste 1/3 cup water 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice ½ tsp lemon zest ¼ tsp kosher salt Pinch cayenne pepper Sesame seeds, for garnish Directions 1. Lay cooked asparagus on a serving platter. For the dressing, in a small bowl whisk tahini paste, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and cayenne pepper. Drizzle over asparagus and garnish with sesame seeds. Serves 6
