This drill I created combines quick footwork with reaction. This drill can easily be set up with agility ladders or rings. 1. Players must quickly complete the first agility movement 2. Then the must react to a signal to the right or to the left 3. Depending on which side the must go to, they have to complete a different agility movement. 4.
