This is a both a fun and challenging drill for players. The concept is simple. One player tries to reach one of the cones on either side without allowing his partner to reach it at the same time. The idea is to make quick feints and explosive lateral movements for the offensive player, and for the defensive player to react and match the offensive player's movements. These Cruz Azul under-20 players enjoy this drill which makes it even more effective.
