This how to video shows soccer training footwork drills for speed, agility and explosive power. This is a fantastic drill that trains the player's ability to accelerate, decelerate, and change directions. I have slightly modified the 3-cone drill used in the NFL combine in order to make sure that the players do not cheat and have to actually go around the cones.
