Hundreds joined an anti-government protest dubbed as 'The March of Angry Belarusians' on October Square in Minsk, Friday, to demand the withdrawal of the presidential decree, which obliges unemployed Belarusians to pay for 'social dependency'. At one point scuffles broke out in the crowd, though between who was unclear.
