I love seafood. I love all-you-can-eat-mussels buffet. Oh, you've never seen one of those? There has been two incidences in my entire life that I have witnessed and partook in a mussel eating event. Once in Montréal and a second time in Nice, France. In the former, I enjoyed my mussels in a tomato sauce and lots of French bread to sop up the leftover sauce. In the latter instance, I went for a creamy mussel bucket while my husband got the roquefort (bleu cheese) mussel (ewww, but yum at the same time ????????). Oh.
