It's official- these onions are sweet! This month, Bako Sweet Onions were formally certified by National Onion Labs. Bakersfield based "Country Sweet Produce" provides both organic and conventional onions in the red, white, yellow and Granix sweet varieties and the company has recently introduced petite certified sweet onions to their customers as well.
