It is a Japanese ambulance toy. It is a wonderful educational toy, transforming into a helicopter or combining with an ambulance. Takara Tomy's educational toys are very fun. The toy speaks the words, but I am speaking Japanese. I like Disney's Cars, so I played with them. Everything is a Tomica series toy. Great ambulance is cool so I like it.
