FOR CLEAN VERSION SEE STORY NUMBER: 2042260 A third batch of Peshmerga soldiers departed from Irbil in Iraq on Thursday bound for Kobani in Syria to fight alongside Syrian Kurds against the Islamic State group. The Peshmerga forces in the Syrian town are on rotation and the new forces will replace the soldiers that have been there since December last year. The Peshmerga will go to Turkey by plane and enter Syria through the Turkish border. The Iraqi Kurdish forces have been fighting in Kobani alongside the Syrian Kurds since October last year.
