Keating used a $1.19 passion fruit and watermelon bath bomb from U.K-based retailer Wilko's. Once Keating noticed her 10-year-old daughter's skin irritation and saw that is wasn't getting any better, she feared it was meningitis and rushed her to the hospital. Tia was cleared as meningitis-free a few hours later however, the severe skin irritation hasn't gotten any better.
